Parineeti Chopra (born 22 October, 1988) is an Indian actress. Parineeti Chopra was born into a Punjabi family in Ambala, Haryana. Her father, Pawan Chopra is a business man and supplier of the Indian Army, her mother is Reena Chopra, she has two brothers Sahaj Chopra & Shivang Chopra, and actress Priyanka Chopra is her cousin. Parineeti Chopra did her schooling at the Convent of Jesus and Mary, in the Ambala Cantonment.Parineeti Chopra completed her triple honours degree in Business, Finance and Economics in England from Manchester Business School. After studying in England, she returned to India during the 2009 economic crisis and joined Yash Raj Films as a publicist. In 2011, she was signed by Aditya Chopra for a three-films contract with Yash Raj Films and made her screen debut in a supporting role in Maneesh Sharma's Ladies VS Ricky Bahl. She won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut and was nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress. In 2012, she Later appeared as a lead actress in Habib Faisal's Directional Debut Film Ishaqzaade Which was also produced by Yash Raj Films for which she received critical and commercial success.
