Aishwarya Rai, Priyanka Chopra, Radhika Apte – Who is the most beautiful Bengali bride?

EPIC Television Networks Pvt. Ltd. released the first look of Radhika Apte as Bandini in Chokher Bali. This will be a part of the series that Anurag Basu will be directing, which is based on Rabindranath Tagore’s famous short stories.

Going by the first look of the new Bandini, we would say Radhika Apte is really pretty as the Bengali bride, though we know how tragic her journey is ahead. What we like the most are her eyes –  they are so striking and yet so forlorn. Let’s see how she fares against the other Bollywood actresses who have been Bengali brides.

Aishwarya Rai

The original Bandini from Rituparno Ghosh, this was one of Aishwarya‘s finest performances ever. She played the subtle seductress with such grace, as she goes on to wreck the home of the man she is infatuated with.

Priyanka Chopra

 Though Priyanka is yet to work in a Bengali film, she had donned the garb of a Bengali bride as part of a song sequence in Gunday. She was also Bengali bride in Barfi, but we would prefer her here.
